I spent three wonderful weeks in Mongolia. I went as part of an organized trip with KE Adventures, a UK based adventure travel company. In addition to myself there were ten other group members participating on this trip: Alan, Ray, Kai, Barrie, Maria, Laurence, Jacques, Jean Paul, Gareth and Maren. Guiding us was our trip leader, Ade, and local guides Quentin and Usukhbayar. Supporting us was our wonderful cook, Sandagash and her assistant, Jainagul as well as several jeep drivers. Together, we spent some time exploring Ulaanbaatar, visiting a few nearby national parks, and of course, we spent most of our time together in Altai Tavan Bogd National Park in Western Mongolia doing what we primarily came here to do; climb mountains.
In addition, I also spent a few extra days in Ulaanbaatar to allow me adequate time to explore the city.
